Huétor Fields, Granada Province, Spain.

Another wet visit to the Patch.
Ebird List.

A damp looking view across the Lucerne Fields.
I started by going down to get some paint as Charlie a guy who used to live a couple of door down the hill is coming to do the one big wall of the house that I don't like doing and the ridges as I think my time for crawling around on the roof is done with 😀😀😀😀
Two distant Black-winged Kites (Elanio Común / Elanus caeruleus).
I then went to the supermarket before going to the spot along the Lucerne fields where I can park and scan from the car without being in anyone's way.
The Rain arrived again.
Whilst I was there I saw 2x Black-winged Kites (Elanio Común / Elanus caeruleus), 8x Little Bustards (Sisón Común / Tetrax tetrax), a very smart looking male Montagu's Harrier (Aguilucho Cenizo / Circus pygargus) my first of the year, Common Buzzard (Busardo Ratonero / Buteo buteo), Woodchat Shrike (Alcaudón Común / Lanius senator), Iberian  Magpie (Rabilargo Ibérico / Cyanopica cooki), Barn Swallow (Golondrina Común / Hirundo rustica), Western House Martin (Avión Común Occidental / Delichon urbicum), Cetti's Warbler (Cetia Ruiseñor / Cettia cetti), European Stonechat (Tarabilla Europea / Saxicola rubicola), White Wagtail (Lavandera Blanca / Montacilla alba), Meadow Pipit (Bisbita Pratense / Anthus pratensis) and Corn Bunting (Escribano Triguero / Emberiza calandra).
Salvia verbenaca.
I returned to the house and then later when there there was a gap in the rain I went for a walk, a short one partly as my leg was still giving me a bit of a problem and it also looked like it would be raining again before long.
Conical Orchid (Neotinea conica).
