We parked at the usual spot and then walked out around the Lucerne fields, at first we could only see a single Kite sat in one of the Fig Trees but as we walked all five birds made their way up on the Pylon and the wires which was pleasing to see.

Mallard (Anade Azulón / Anas platyrhynchos), Common Woodpigeon (Paloma Torcaz / Columba palumbus), Eurasian Collared (Tórtola Turca / Streptopelia decaocto) and European Turtle Dove (Tórtola Europea / Streptopelia turtur),Little Bustard (Sisón Común / Tetrax tetrax), Great Spotted Cuckoo (Crialo Europeo / Clamator gladarius), Little Owl (Mochuelo Europeo / Athene noctua), Eurasian Magpie (Urraca Común / Pica pica), Crested Lark (Cogujada Común / Galerida cristata), Zitting Cisticola (Cistícola Buitrón / Cisticola juncidis), Western House Martin (Avión Común Occidental / Delichon urbicum), Barn Swallow (Golondrina Común / Hirundo rustica), Sardinian Warbler (Curruca Cabecinegra / Curruca melanocephala), Spotless Starling (Estornino Negro / Sturnus unicolor), House Sparrow (Gorrión Común / Passer domesticus), European Greenfinch (Verderón Común / Chloris chloris) and European Goldfinch (Jilguero Europeo / Carduelis carduelis).
False Mallow Skipper (Carcharodus tripolinus).
Geranium Bronze (Cacyreus marshalli).
As we walked we also saw Red-veined Darter (Sympetrum fonscolombii), Bath (Pontia daplidice) and Small White (Pieris rapae), Clouded Yellow (Colias croceus), Meadow Brown (Maniola jurtina), Long-tailed Blue (Lampides boeticus), Geranium Bronze (Cacyreus marshalli), False Mallow Skipper (Carcharodus tripolinus), Painted Lady (Vanessa cardui), Small Copper (Lycaena phlaeas) and Speckled Wood (Pararge aegeria).
