Black Kites (Milano Negro / Milvus migrans).

I started the day chatting with a neighbour before light and had a Red-necked Nightjar (Chotacabras Cuellirrojo / Caprimulgus ruficollis) fly up the road.

I did the Moth light and then sat up on the terrace for a while seeing what passed, I was up there for just over two hours before if got too warm and recorded Black Kites (Milano Negro / Milvus migrans) x27 in flocks of 2, 7, 8 and 10, plus 2 x Common Buzzard (Busardo Ratonero / Buteo buteo), European Bee-eaters (Abejaruco Europeo / Merops apiaster), European Turtle Dove (Tórtola Europea / Streptopelia turtur), Eurasian Golden Oriole (Oropéndola Europea / Oriolus oriolus), 55x Iberian  Magpies (Rabilargo Ibérico / Cyanopica cooki) and a Sand Martin (Avión Zapador / Riparia riparia).
