After a day around the house, an evening with Paqui and some Owls.

After catching up on a few things at the house during the day, I met Paqui in Huétor and we went out to a spot near the Presa y Meandros del Genil where we spent a while sat watching a family of 4

Other more interesting species seen during the evening were 3x
Black-crowned Night Herons (Marinete Común / Nycticorax nycticorax), European Bee-eater (Abejaruco Europeo / Merops apiaster),
Iberian Magpie (Rabilargo Ibérico / Cyanopica cooki),
Western Jackdaw (Grajilla occidental / Corvus monedula),
Short-toed Treecreeper (Agateador Europeo / Certhia brachydactyla),
Eurasian Wren (Chochin paleártico / Troglodytes troglodytes) and Others.
