Huétor Tajar, Granada Province, Spain.

A bit of shopping and a quick visit to the Fields.
Ebird List for the Fields.

Common Cranes (Grulla Común / Grus grus)
I started the day with a visit to Mercodona and then a quick visit to the Lucerne Fields but I only sat in the car as I had Twanged my Achilles and walking was a bit painful, I started by just driving passed the Town fields where I could see there were still a good number of Eurasian Stone Curlew (Alcaraván Común / Burhinus oedicnemus).
Common Cranes (Grulla Común / Grus grus).
I then went up to the Lucerne fields and sat on the track between the fields and the Arroyo near to the 2 Common Cranes (Grulla Común / Grus grus) which have been knocking around for a week or so now.
Common Cranes (Grulla Común / Grus grus).
Other species seen before I headed home to catch up with a few more tasks included Little Owl (Mochuelo Europeo / Athene noctua), Common Kestrel (Cernicalo Vulgar / Falco tinnunculus), Eurasian Skylark (Alondra Común / Alauda arvensis), Eurasian Blackcap (Curruca Capirotada / Curruca capirotada), Grey Wagtail (Lavandera Cascadena / Motacilla cinerea) and Corn Bunting (Escribano Triguero / Emberiza calandra).
Whilst I was outside doing a couple of jobs I picked up a flock of 6 Common Crossbills (Piquituerto Común / Loxia curvirostra) which were flying in the direction of Hacho.
