Watching the Owls again.
Ebird List.
After a morning in the garden and some time on the Laptop I met Paqui down in town and we headed out to the spot where we again looked for the Eurasian Eagle Owls (Búho Real / Bubo bubo) which we had been watching for a while but tonight we only had a single bird.
Other species included European Bee-eater (Abejaruco Europeo / Merops apiaster), Great Spotted Woodpecker (Pico Picapinos / Dendrocopos major), Iberian Magpie (Rabilargo Ibérico / Cyanopica cooki), Barn Swallow (Golondrina Común / Hirundo rustica), Western House Martin (Avión Común Occidental / Delichon urbicum), Cetti's Warbler (Cetia Ruiseñor / Cettia cetti), Sardinian Warbler (Curruca Cabecinegra / Curruca melanocephala), Common Blackbird (Mirlo Común / Turdus merula), House Sparrow (Gorrión Común / Passer domesticus) and Common Chaffinch (Pinzón Vulgar / Fringilla coelebs).
On our way back into Huétor we decided to call in at Restaurante Melchor where we had a Sin Tostada and a Pinchos before heading home.
