Driving towards the Pico's de Europa.
Day One of trip.

Bearded Tit (Reedling) (Bigotudo / Panurus biarmicus).
I walked down onto the road and walked down to the hide at the far end but the righthand side of the road was dry however I did find my one and only
Bearded Tit (Reedling) (Bigotudo / Panurus biarmicus)  of the time here and a small group of calling Penduline Tits (Pájaro Moscón / Remiz pendulinus) which I only got fleeting glimpses of as they moved between the Tamarisk trees.
Reed Warbler (Carricero Común / Acrocephalus scrpaceus).

Whilst I was watching both
Reed (Carricero Común / Acrocephalus scrpaceus) and Great Reed Warbler (Carricero Tordal / Acrocephalus arundinaceus) I heard the first arriving Pin-tailed Sandgrouse (Ganga Ibérica / Pterocles alchata) which were coming down to drink.
Two male and a female Reed Warbler (Carricero Común / Acrocephalus scrpaceus) coming into Land.

Three birds dropped in and then they were followed by in total I guessed around 18 different birds, I had a great time watching them come in and then do battle with a very territorial pair of
Little Ringed Plover (Chorlitejo Chico / Charadrius dubius) and the usual noisy Black-winged Stilts.
