Huétor Fields, Granada Provnce, Spain.

A couple more year ticks down on the patch.

Jayne with a largish bottle of her favorite Wine.
Today was always going to be tough as it is a year today since Jayne passed away as hard as I find that to believe, I will always miss my special Lady.
Common Stonechat (Tarabilla Común / Saxicola torquata).
I planned to keep busy so I went for a longish walk out on the Fields, I saw most of the usual birds and added two new species to the year list.
Corn Bunting (Triguero / Emberiza calandra).

Along the Arroyo there were several singing Nightingales (Ruisenor Común / Luscinia megarhynchos) and in the Almonds by the Goat pens a Willow Warbler (Mosquitero Musical / Phylloscopus trochillus).
Little Ringed Plover (Chorlitejo Chico / Charadrius dubius).

I had planned to walk further but soon found that my heart really was not in it so I headed back home, later in the day we had some very heavy rain and thunder storms.
Spotless Starling (Estornino Negro / Sturnus unicolor).
Barn Swallow (Golondrina Común / Hirundo rustica).
