Again I went down onto the patch and walked up stream a short way first to the dammed part of the Arroyo, in the shallow pool before the dam there was a pair of
Little Ringed Plovers (Chorlitejo Chico / Charadrius dubius), a couple of dozen
Common Chiffchaffs (Mosquitero Común / Phylloscopus collybita), Crested Lark (Cogujada / Galerida cristata),
Mallard (Anade Azulón / Anas platyrhynchos),
Common Moorhen (Gallineta Común / Gallinulas chloropus),
Sardinian Warbler (Curruca Cabecinegra / Sylvia melanocephala), both
Barn (Golondrina Común / Hirundo rustica) and
Red-rumped Swallow (Golondrina Dáurica / Hirundo daurica) and up in the Poplar trees a single
Brambling (Pinzón Real / Fringilla montifringilla), Goldfinch (Jilguero / Carduelis carduelis),
Greenfinch (Verderón Común / Carduelis chloris) and lots of
Serin (Verdecillo / Serinus serinus).

Around the Lucerne Fields and in the Arroyo I added

House Martin (Avión Común / Delichon urbica),
Corn Bunting (Triguero / Emberiza calandra),
Common Stonechat (Tarabilla Común / Saxicola torquata),
Black Redstart (Colirrojo Tizón / Phoenicurus ochruros), Meadow Pipit (Bisbita Pratense / Anthus pratensis), Red-legged Partridge (Perdiz Roja / Alectoris rufa),
Spotless Starling (Estornino Negro / Sturnus unicolor),
Common Kestrel (Cernicalo Vulgar / Falco tinnunculus) and high flying immature Golden Eagle (Águila Real / Aquila chrysaetos).

I turned right at the Walnut trees flushing a couple of
Iberian Magpies (Rabilargo / Cyanopica cooki) from the reeds, as I walked towards the Goat pens there were flocks of both
Tree (Gorrión Molinero / Passer montanus) and
House Sparrows (Gorrión Común / Passer domesticus),
Linnet (Pardillo Común / Carduelis cannabina), Common Chaffinch (Pinzón Vulgar / Fringilla coelebs), Blackbird (Mirlo Común / Turdus merula),
Collared Dove (Tórtola Turca / Streptopelia decaocto),
Blackcap (Curruca Capirotada / Sylvia atricapilla),
Cetti's Warbler (Ruisenor Bastardo / Cettia cetti),
Common Magpie (Urraca / Pica pica) and a second
Little Owl.

I dropped down under the road brideg and followed the Northern side of the Arroyo, at the far end I heard and then saw the male
Penduline Tit (Pájaro Moscón / Remiz pendulinus) again as well as a couple of Bluethroat (Ruiseñor Pechiazul / Luscinia svecica), Grey Wagtail (Lavandera Cascadena / Motacilla cinerea) and Woodpigeon (Paloma Torcaz / Columba palumbus).

During the walk I also saw some butterflies which included

Clouded Yellow (Colias croceus),
Red Admiral (Vanessa atalanta),
Small Heath (Coenonympha pamphilus),
Painted Lady (Vanessa cardui)
Swallowtail (Papilio machaon) and
Iberian Scarce Swallowtail (Iphiclides feisthameli).
