Realenga de Agicampe, Huétor Tajar, Granada Province.

Moth Trapping.

Dave and I ran the traps in the garden again and even though numbers were still low we had a few nice species including quite a few 10343 (2092) Agrotis puta puta (Shuttle Shaped Dart) which we were both trying hard to turn in to a 10342 Grouville Dart (Agrotis catalaunalis) but we could not sort one out. We did however have 10351 (2087) Agrotis segetum (Turnip Moth), 10347 (2090) Agrotis trux (Cresent Dart), 9433 (2389) Paradrina clavipalpis (Pale Mottled Willow), 8509 (1825) Eupithecia centarueata (Lime-speck Pug), 6496 Evergestis isatidalis, 6719 (1398) Nomophila noctuella (Rush Veneer) and 3890 (0808) Platyedra subcinerea.

Photographs from the top: Evergestis isatidalis, Agrotis puta puta (Shuttle Shaped Dart), Paradrina clavipalpis (Pale Mottled Willow), Eupithecia centarueata (Lime-speck Pug) and Nomophila noctuella (Rush Veneer).
