Trip to Guadix area, Granada Province.

The Dragonflies.

Common Blue Damselflies (Enallagma cyathigerum).

On the pool in the afternoon, 10s of thousands of Common Blue Damselflies (Enallagma cyathigerum) could be seen low over the water and in pool side vegetation, many in tandem. 

Also seen in the same area were Red-viened Darter (Sympetrum fonscolombii) again many in tandem, Scarlet Darter (Crocothemis erythraea) and a single Lesser Emperor (Anax parthenope).
