which starts in the areas to the west of Zaragoza where we look for Steppe species which include Black-bellied and Pin-tailed Sandgrouse, Stone Curlew, Calandra, Lesser Short-toed and the difficult Dupont's Larks, Montagu's Harrier and others. Most of the tour is based in the Hecho Valley and surrounding areas looking for high mountain species such as Snow Finch, Alpine Accentor, Alpine Chouch, Wallcreeper, Lammergeier, White-backed and Black WoodpeckerRufous-tailed Rock Thrush, Ortolan Bunting, Citril Finch and again many others.

This is not a tour that is aimed just at the birders as we will be spending time looking at Butterflies, Dragonflies, Orchids, Wild flowers, Mammals, Amphibians and Reptiles and just about anything else we can find whilst taking in some amazing views along the way.
