Spanish Pyrenees, 3rd to the 10th June 2017.

JUST TWO PLACES LEFT ON THIS TOUR:

This is a trip to a very special area of Northern Spain which will start in Belchete looking for Dupont's Lark, Black-bellied Sandgrouse and other steppe species before heading North to the Hecho Valley. In the Pyrenees we will search for the special speices that this area is famous for including Wallcreeper, Lammergeier, Citril Finch, Alpine Chough, Snow Finch and Alpine Accentors

During this trip we will also be looking for Butterflies which back in 2015 included Apollo, Clouded Apollo, Mazarine Blue, Glandon Blue, Chestnut Heath, Camberwell Bueaty, Purple-edged Copper, Southern White Admiral and many more.

Dragonflies included Broad-bodied Chaser, Common Golden Ringed Dragonfly, Sombre / Two-toothed Goldenring and Large Red Damselfly.

Orchids will be a great attraction on this tour with several stunning species including Bird's-nest, Black Vanilla, Elder-flowered, Lady's Slipper, Military and Monkey and a good number of others.


There will also be lots of Wild Flowers, Mammals, Reptiles and other species.
